Cute little place with a sweet waitress. The fresh salad rolls with prawn and pork were very good. Big and two nice sized prawns and yummy pork stuffed inside. The peanut sauce was a bit runny but tasty. The Pho Ga was good, as well. The broth was very flavorful. Next time I think I’ll try the Roasted Chicken Pho Ga to see what the taste difference is. The chicken in the regular one was a bit chewy, but very tender so I wonder if having it roasted makes the texture different. The food was absolutely delicious. I ordered the Combination Pho, and the broth was rich and flavorful. The portion size was generous, ensuring that I left feeling full. Another standout option was the banh mi with grilled pork belly and pickled vegetables and crispy sandwiches. The staff are always friendly. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles. I would highly recommend Thuy's Pho to anyone in the Olympia area. I can't wait to go back and try more of their menu items.
This is the best place in Olympia to get Pho and other food. fast, friendly and delicious. The Pho has the best broth flavor, it's grandma's recipe, even the look of it with all its flavors melding together over the rice noodles looks and smells delicious, there fresh rolls, vermicelli bowls and chicken baguette sandwich is very good also. I order a little side of beef or chicken pho to dip my baguette into for a little thing I call Pho dip and it's delicious. Enjoy
We had lunch here today and it was delicious! The broth was so flavorful and that is the best experience when eating pho. We also loved that they had a different option for kids. My daughter ordered popcorn chicken and white rice, a perfect option for my picky kid. However, after tasting my pho she was upset she didn't order her own. That's huge! Will be coming back and bringing more family.

Wow. Olympia has scored another good Pho spot. I had the beef Pho and it was delicious. I usually add a bunch of sauces but the Pho was flavorful and full of ingredients. I liked that each table had full bottles of hoisin and hot sauces versus walking to a central location to pick it up. Staff was friendly and attentive. I will be coming back.
The restaurant is clean and inviting. The food was absolutely delicious. My favorite is grilled pork rice flavorful and perfectly balanced with fresh vegetables and grilled pork. Get the spicy beef pho. Or the combo vermicelli bowl. I’ve had a lot of Vietnamese food and I was pleasantly surprised with the flavor and presentation for these two dishes! I was going in between two local Vietnamese spots and I’m so glad I went here. Great service, food, portion, and pricing.
The bahn mi sandwich is my favorite lunch item during the week. My kids love their pho.Fast, not too loud. Atmosphere is a little cooler, so wear a sweater. Excellent price for a great meal.Kid-friendliness: Great place to bring kids who like ramen and pho.

Stopped in here for lunch while working in the area and it turned out to be a good choice. Simple menu with options for all diets. I got the gyoza and steamed rice.
