This place is amazing! You gotta come here and try anything with Chile in it. We got enchiladas and huevos rancheros and they were both amazing. If I could buy their Chile, I would. They don’t take reservations so come early so you can put your name down coz it gets packed. Definitely must do.
Saturday morning, I had the Chorizo Breakfast Burrito, red and green sauces, and it was amazing, it meets the hype. Even more impressive were the blue corn pancakes with the pinon nuts. I would suggest getting a couple on the side, you need to try both specialties!
Stopped in here on our first trip to Sante Fe on the recommendation of a buddy. I had a sausage and green chili breakfast burrito. Amazing! The hash browns were perfectly crisp and I will definitely make it a priority on any return trip to NM!
Sue and I first discovered Tia's in 1983. Now, it is our first stop whenever we arrive in Santa Fe. Best service in town and cannot remember a time when Carl was not there bringing us the best chile and sopapillas. Réservez une table maintenant
Great customer service, really great food! Posole has a really great flavor. Had Posole the next day in another hot spot and it was way bland and flavorless compared to Tia Sofias.
Green chilli breakfast burrito was amazing! My boyfriend got the Christmas breakfast which he said was good, although if he had to pick a sauce, he'd go with the red.
Breakfast burrito was awesome especially with the sauces on the side so I can put just enough to enhance the flavors. Definitely recommend it.

The Heuvos rancheros was very tasty! Service was great. Husband enjoyed his breakfast burrito. Highly suggest this place.
