One of four Vietnamese restaurants in this shopping centre, with three other or so restaurants. Small restaurant with formica topped tables, maximum seating of about 24. Limited, but good menu and unlicensed. The staff there really enjoy working there, and there is a steady stream of takeaway at lunchtime. Have only had the Banh Xeo there on a few occasions, which is a good serve and adequate in quality and quantity. The com tam (broken rice and pork chop) looks exceptionally good, and on my last visit was being devoured by a couple of chefs, so will be my next dish to try.

Authentic. Definitely more on the authentic side of Vietnamese cuisine found in Australia rather than being commercial. Unlike many Vietnamese restaurants, it serves a wider variety of dishes from different parts of Vietnam, including Banh Xeo from the south/central, Bun Bo Hue from centre and the more traditional and well-known pho dish from the North. The restaurant also serves local and unknown dishes such as bun mang vit and chao long. Highly recommend.

This restaurant is a hidden gem in the area. If you're tired of Bahn Mi and Pho, give this place a shot. The food is delicious and the staff is incredibly friendly. Be sure to brush up on your Vietnamese though! They only accept cash, but there is an ATM conveniently located next door inside 127 Days (a fantastic burger joint).

The menu has a range of authentic Vietnamese dishes that you don’t find so easily such as Banh Xeo and Banh Beo. Your food is made in the small visible kitchen by the lovely chef which makes it that much better. It feels like you’re in Vietnam here. The food quality and flavour is balanced beautifully. Loving this place! Réservez une table maintenant

Prawn Cold Rolls. My partner and I being a huge Pho fan, we almost try all of the pho shop around adelaide. Have not eat cold roll for a while, feel like eating it. We ordered freshly made prawns cold rolls followed by combination beef noodle soup. Although the cold rolls in different size, it tasted good.

This small yet popular restaurant impressed us with their delicious cold rolls and banh xeo pancake. Despite the unexpected chill in the air, we found ourselves craving noodle soup and returned to try their special beef noodle soup and spicy pork soup, bun bo hue. Both dishes were excellent.

Charming. Cozy, family-owned Vietnamese restaurant with a wide selection of traditional dishes, including Banh Xeo served every night! This is my top choice in the area, despite the lack of alcohol options.

A small and rather dated place but they make nice pork chops. The broken rice can be a bit dry at times. The congee is also quite nice, especially when you are under the weather. Réservez une table maintenant
