I recently dined at this restaurant twice, and I must say the experience was a tale of two visits. On my first visit, I was disappointed as the food was served cold, and the service was slow. However, I decided to give it another chance, and I'm so glad I did. The second time around, everything was impeccable. The food was not only amazing but served at the perfect temperature, and the service was excellent. What truly impressed me was that they took care of all my previous concerns, making the second visit a fantastic experience. I highly recommend giving this restaurant a second chance, as they truly made up for any initial hiccups.
After ordering takeout from this restaurant a few times, I decided to dine in. I was surprised by the smaller portion of chicken tikka masala compared to what I had received before. The service was decent, despite being busy on a Friday night. I had to approach multiple servers for assistance, with some of them nodding and walking away without helping. The food was flavorful and typical of Indian cuisine. Most of the staff were friendly, but it was unprofessional when we were asked to leave due to a line of customers waiting to be seated. The restaurant may need to improve their service system to keep up with demand.
Tikka Masala, it was a fantastic experience! As vegetarians, we were delighted to find a variety of delectable options on the menu, including Haka noodles, American chopsey, crispy baby corns, tikka masala special and the mouthwatering malai kofta. Every dish was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. The service was top notch, making our visit even more enjoyable. Tikka Masala has officially become our go to restaurant for vegetarian delights, and I wholeheartedly give it a well deserved 5 star rating!
Overall experience was fine... Appetizers was super tasty but little spicy but you should try black pepper mushroom , chilli lotus and tandoori paneer. Afterward we ordered main course dal makhni and paneer bhurji naan and rumali roti. paneer bhurji was very bad in taste and the naan was thin. They dont know how to make and the server who was handling us. he was purposely forcing us to add more. this is not good thing. They charged for $18 for the salad only. For cucumber $9 disgusting.

Overall, I prefer the rice from the tikka masala dish. The restaurant is a bit pricey, but the flavorful food makes up for it. The soups I tried were not to my liking, with the manchow soup turning out to be too salty and not gluten-free. Despite this, it has become my new favorite Indian restaurant for now because of the plain papadum, gluten-free roti, and palak paneer. Guru Palace, however, is a less expensive option and better for larger groups.

I went to try Indian food for the first time and this place was amazing!! Very good portions, fresh made to order food, very clean place, with a great ambiance! It’s also BYOB great for date nights! This place was an amazing experience food was delicious! I will definitely be back!!
Kunal and his team have created something truly special at this restaurant. I typically don't leave reviews, but this place definitely deserves one! From the welcoming atmosphere, well-designed layout, and delicious food, the overall experience was fantastic.

The appetizers are really good. Biryani not so great (satisfying a hyderabadi with biryani is hard). They ambience and service are good.
