The staff at this restaurant are incredibly unfriendly and sometimes rude. I often order through the mobile app, and when I pick up my order, they don't even acknowledge me or say anything. They simply place my order on the counter from the back and walk away, even when I thank them. I will not be returning to this establishment. It seems that many customers have had similar experiences with the poor customer service, including myself. The owner's responses seem automated, and it is clear that the root issue at this restaurant is the lack of proper customer service. Instead of asking customers to do more work for them, the staff should focus on improving their own performance.
I absolutely adore Tim's, and this was my initial time dining at this establishment. The drinks were as fantastic as always, and I opted for a wrap, which was delicious and reasonably priced. The restaurant was clean and well-organized, with convenient parking and prompt service. My doctor's office is conveniently located nearby, so I plan to arrive early to have time to enjoy a meal at Tim's before my appointment.
We used to visit this Tim Hortons every day, but there's an elderly woman there who is consistently impolite and doesn't pay proper attention to our orders. When we repeat our orders, she responds rudely. Tim Hortons should prioritize better customer service. As a result, we have made the decision to no longer patronize this particular Tim Hortons. Terrible experience!
The lady who is the cashier in the morning at 7 (Korea maybe) she is very disappointing . First in the morning you need to smile and say good morning, she even does respond to your hi good morning. Very dry and very frowning every day.Parking: There is no problem with parking. We have plenty of parking space available Réservez une table maintenant
It's your typical tim Hortons when it comes to food. Pretty mid level to low level food and drinks all around. Over the last few years portions have gotten smaller and more expensive. Additionally this Tim Hortons was pretty dirty and disgusting when I went. Just go to a better coffee shop.
