I wish I could give no stars if I could. I rolled up to the Tim Horton 's at 9:17pm, no response at drive through. Pull up to window, knock on window, employee mopping floor with headphones on who looks surprises comes to window opens them and stares at me. I respond, I would like to order some Coffee? , to the response, let me check . Wait what? Let me check? They come back and say we have no more coffee , I say, ok I will wait for a new pot to buy my two coffees . The employee then starts to yell at me and says WILL YOU BUY THE WHOLE POT THEN? , I say, No...? , and they respond, THEN I WILL NOT SELL YOU COFFEE . Me, extremely confused by the altercation that is unfolding in front of my eye...

TLRD: This Tim Horton's staff was the rudest staff I've ever met, anywhere.Long version:They turned us away with 20 minutes before closing, and their hours are wrong. There was a line of about 5 cars and there was no sign they were not serving coffee. We were first in line and we told them about the lineup, and that they should close the drive thru, they told us the manager didn't want any signs or garbage cans to indicate they were closed, even though they weren't closed yet... The employee yelled at us as and told us if they made coffee that we would have to buy all of it!! They yelled and said the manager said no.. no to making coffee? At Tim Hortons? ?I've never experienced this anywhere...

Ordered a large cappuccino and a medium latte. Received a large latte and a medium drip coffee with milk.I've been getting large cappuccino from Timmies on regular basis, few times a week from different locations over last few years, so yeah i kinda know how it is supposed to taste like (literally the only coffee i get from Tim's)I returned the wrong drink and asked for the correct one instead and received another latte along with the bad attitude from the staff member and i presume supervisor.I understand that mistakes happen but there is no reason to be rude to a customer. Extremely disappointing and definitely never going back to that particular location.

Asked for honey mustard in my sandwich. I had to remind them several times it's not regular mustard. I was told they didn't have any, so I asked for Chipotle instead, which they said they had. Then they put ranch on my sandwich. I brought it back, and they threw the sandwich in the gardbage before making me a new one. This place can't get a single order correct, they must waste a ridiculous amount of food. I won't support this location any longer. Réservez une table maintenant

I went there at 10:30pm on a Friday night. Their google listing says store closes at 11pm. I was in the drive thru and sign was still lit up and I sat there. I finally drove up to the window and knocked a female staff on the far side of the restaurant yelled Were closed! Not impressed at all being a long term Tim Hortons customer. If the store is going to close early, TURN THE LIGHTED DRIVE THRU SIGN OFF! and Update your hours on Google!

I visited the café to get an iced coffee, and there was no one else in the store—not even in the drive-thru. However, the employees took an unusually long time to prepare my drink, causing me to miss my bus. Additionally, all the tables were dirty, and the counter displaying the donuts was also unclean. I understand that it can get hectic during busy hours, but there were no customers in the drive-thru or dining area at that time.

Well, I was in hurry and took a lunch for myself today on 22nd June around 1’oclock. I ordered Habanero crispy chicken bowl with mocha small ice cap and one cookie. After eating that, I didn’t feel good at all and within 10 min I felt sick and had vomit. Might be the food was not fresh, I’m feeling disappointed. Still I’m not feeling good. Having stomach pain and vomitings.

Tim Hortons has been my favorite spot for many years. The staff at the Downtown Kamloops location consistently provide excellent service and are always friendly. I've been riding my mobility scooter every day for years now, and I truly appreciate the welcoming atmosphere of Kamloops. Looking forward to seeing you all tomorrow! Réservez une table maintenant

Disappointing experience. They close early and open late. I arrived at 8 PM, even though they are supposed to be open until 10 PM, and the only option available was the drive-thru.
