I consistently experience great service at this location, no matter the time of day. However, the morning hosts, Joy and Hanu, truly stand out! They remain friendly, professional, and efficient, regardless of how busy it gets. It's a delightful way to kick off my day. My 89-year-old Aunt Grace rates the sour cream glazed donuts a perfect 10! Morning girl keeps putting the coffee lids where you sip. Makes the cup soggy by the time you're done drinking your coffee it's a mess. Serving coffee while it's still Brewing is a no no. Ruins the consistent flavour I'm sure Tim Hortons is looking to serve. Overall it's a hit or miss like going through McDonald's drive-thru.

Staff was slow but the chow/food was good... There are no large-sized beverages available, and unfortunately, my favorite roasted hazelnut syrup is missing as well. I really wish they offered it. However, I do love the staff—they're truly wonderful!
