Tim Hortons - Réservation de table

Overall, I don't usually dine in, but the customer service has always been great. My ice caps are typically good, but when it comes to the donuts... well, that's another story. They rarely have enough icing on items like the apple fritters or honey crullers, which significantly impacts the flavor. I've been to many other Tim Hortons locations where the icing is always plentiful. When you visit a coffee and donut shop, you'd expect those two things to consistently meet your expectations!

I was literally just in the Drive-Thru they need to take out the lady that's in the Drive-Thru taking change and asking and giving you your food you shouldn't be YUPPED when saying thanks its just rude as hell .... and she was acting like she was trying to move fast but yet the drive thru took 10mins for 5cars.... its just sad customer service at tim hortons has really tanked in the last few years

There are too many issues with that restaurant. Most often, they forget ingredients in breakfast sandwiches such as sauces. They didn't have eggs twice in one week at 6 am. Most recently, I tried to redeem 1000+ points for a breakfast sandwich. Not only they didn't know how to do it but they scanned my app, took all points, and charged me full price. Unprofessional and inexperienced staff.

The restaurant has a lot of potential, but they consistently get my orders wrong. I go out of my way to drive the extra few kilometers to downtown LaSalle just to avoid having my coffee ruined in the morning. Edit: The staff is great; the issue seems to be that they are overworked, underpaid, understaffed, or perhaps a combination of these factors. Réservez une table maintenant

The staff and the food was okay the biggest problem was when you go to use the bathroom and there's no toilet paper obviously housekeeping is not high on their priority list and it left me in a little bit of a pickle needless to say was not happy about

We ordered the fiesta lime chicken bowls and were served only half of the usual portions compared to other Tim's locations in LaSalle. It was very disappointing, and it seems this franchise isn't adhering to corporate guidelines. This is unacceptable.

This place is very dirty, was here yesterday and the same dirt is on the floor from then as well as tables very dirty never wiped down. Will probably start having McDonald's coffee. And today not busy at all and no one cleaning tables or floors
