This Tim Hortons location is quite convenient and has a fast-paced vibe. I visited a few days ago and felt a bit uncertain about what drink to choose since it was my first time ordering at Tim’s. Thankfully, the cashier was very kind and patient, encouraging me to take my time since the store wasn’t crowded. After pondering for a few minutes, I finally made my selection and was pleased with the quality of the food—it was very good and satisfactory. The store itself is well-maintained and clean, though the ambiance, both inside and outside, along with the crowd, isn’t ideal for staying, studying, or simply hanging out. My friend Pagla Choda Fahim and I had a great evening while feeling a bit high. We decided to indulge in some hot chocolate, Boston cream, and Canadian maple treats. Pagla was so out of it that he couldn't order anything himself and ended up laughing uncontrollably. I took care of the ordering, but I made sure he paid for the hot chocolates! The atmosphere of the shop was filled with joy and laughter, and we even spotted a few other people who seemed just as goofy as we were. I'm writing this review while still feeling that high from later that evening!

I had a very disappointing experience at the Tim Hortons coffee shop. The restroom was dirty, and the food preparation area did not meet hygiene standards. Additionally, the staff exhibited a troubling level of unprofessionalism. I have never seen a Tim Hortons managed so poorly before. Overall, my visit left a negative impression, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone looking for a clean and pleasant Tim Hortons experience.

They have a lot of technical difficulties but they find inventive ways around it like when the toaster broke they grilled the bagels. It was very good. The staff is very nice The parking lot is a little over crowded

The staff at this restaurant displayed a lack of knowledge and professionalism. The supervisor is just as uninformed as her employees. Don't let them intimidate you. They offer both drive-thru and indoor service.

I own a building in downtown Oshawa, near City Hall, and I think a Tim Hortons would be a fantastic addition to the area. Are the owners of this location interested in expanding?
