"Can you please tell some of your employees to take the microphone away from their face. Some of them are so so so so loud. Great service but the drive thru speaker is blaring, we can hear it across the street in the middle of the day."

Even with this location being one of the busiest in the shwa, the staff handle the pressure well and make sure the customers are happy.The staff that server the people walking in are usually friendly and smiley while serving you. They make sure you get what you need and are on your way.In drive through, the staff taking your order are quite bubbly. There's this one worker that wishes everyone a wonderful day after they offer which is quite sweet.Even if an issue arises with my order, they always are right on it to fix it. Even if the people taking my order can't fix it, the managers have always been quite kind and quick to help out with whatever it is.Definitely a great location if you're wi...

I presented $50 dollars note to the Cashier here in simcoe at exactly at 7 25 pm today and this Indian attendants lifted the note in my face just to disrespect me because a black gentleman has presented a note , so it is likely to be fake currency . Am very disappointed but as a gentleman and as learned I had to control myself.This is unacceptable and highly racism. Tim Hortons is a big brand and i believe provide training for its staffs .

They must have new owners because in the last year the service has gone downhill and your waiting for so long when there is hardly a line up. Today they got my simple order wrong and missed 1 of 3 donuts then even though it was there mistake made me pull out my money again to pay for the one donut they missed after I waited 20 minutes with only 4 cars ahead, then they got the donut wrong again.Awful service and so slow

Every time i order, it’s wrong!Asked for a large broccoli soup received a chili- my 85 year old mother cannot eat it. I ordered a large steeped tea, with two sugars. Milk was in it- lactose intolerant. One time during my drive thru order received a tea bag in a large black coffee with one sugar.
