Went there three times this week and only one day did I get the correct order. Very frustrating. I go there and then go to work. I can’t go back to get my order corrected. Plus when I mentioned the first order was wrong, all I got was an “oh ya”. That is the wrong answer. Only when I mentioned that is the wrong answer, then I got a sorry. That was Monday Nov 20, Tuesday my order was perfect. Today Wednesday Nov 22 my order is wrong again. I ordered a sausage belt and received a bacon belt. No offence but I don’t like your bacon. Lately, this restaurant has been more miss than hit. They have not been getting orders right and have been careless with putting lids on properly, resulting in spills and burns. It is disappointing that they can't simply put a lid on. Additionally, the staff does not change gloves between stations and some do not wear hair or beard nets. We have dined in and out and have noticed these issues. It would be simple to fix these little things, as it is not a difficult job.
The staff at this restaurant was excellent, the food was delicious. However, the prices for ice caps were very high. There is lots of parking available, and the restaurant offers plenty of options for kids. Additionally, the restaurant is wheelchair accessible with no step up.
