I want to say the order taker and the lady who hand out the foods in the drive thru is totally, absolutely soooooooo rude and soooooo impolite . On Wednesday morning I have big order foods and drinks, the lady who take orders seems very impatient ,she didn't listen properly then she said I sent out your orders already ,it means I can't add anymore. In the window , I asked the presenter is all the foods inside, I only have 9 drink, why she gave me 11, she didn't listen to me, she just keep keep keep shouting at the lady who is making the coffee. I didn't see any wrong with her, she just stirring every coffee and double check the lids close properly, it only takes a few more seconds extra, but...
It 's very close to my work. I often go to buy my foods drink before I go to work. But 2/3 time my order is wrong. The order taker is not listening properly, sometimes she will very rude to say I don 't understand what you say come to the window . When I drive to the window, the guy who take money is also bad,no smiles, no greeting, When I say my order is wrong, I order ice cap not ice coffee, my sandwich is no tomato. I asked for my receipt show him , it didn 't indicate no tomato why is ice coffee? he looks very annoying then he shouting other employees make again. It is so mean to the staff. I don 't know he is manager or not, but his attitude is very bad. I think teamwork is all fast foo...
Worst service in the world, the team in the drive thru need to be retrain or replace. Today's the first day of the week, my orders is wrong, I missing the hash brown and i want chocolate glaze not chocolate dip.The terrible thing is my coffee, they didn't close the lid tight, the coffee spill out all around my car. Terrible management in this location.
Worst experience, there is a girl i guess she is a new employee and her manager or supervisor i dont know, was training her she was shouting at her even told her to memorize the items like its a school she was rude.Its not a environment where people can learn and grow. She should be friendly with the staff. Very toxic environment to work.
