Tim Hortons - Réserver une table

The asian employee was so rude and racist. This lady always shows poker face. She ask same question for many times and cannot understand what I was saying. I ordered 20 min ahead online to save time;however, because of this lady I still had to wait for 20 more minutes after I arrived. Why does Tim Horton hire these kind of inefficient and rude employee to waste others’ time?

I have ordered my food 15 mins ago. First, Raymond lied to me that that there is no Crispy Chicken. When I asked why? He quickly went behind the counter. Then another guy came back and said it will take 5 minutes.Why is Tim Hortons not as favourite as it used to be?Customer service zeroFood serve time zeroCleanliness zeroThe benefits of part timers eh?

The black guy working at the drive thru is very bad service and rude! He messed up my order and gave me wrong items and complained I wasted so much time on the window and call me stupid.

Coffee and tea no always fresh, sometimes even cold.Place is occupied by please using there own computer for hours on end
