when I tried to order a coffee in English, the person who took my order said something to another employee in French and then went away. then the second employee went away. when no one seemed to take my order in a reasonable time, I left without a coffee. also the washrooms were closed that should be illegal. you do not have to speak English to take a coffee order that you only need to understand about three words. it was quite obvious that the drive-thru was the priority. Maybe next time I try my tractor trailer the drive-thru and see how it works. epic sc
The restaurant was extremely unclean with overflowing trash bins. The employees did not use gloves when handling food and the glove box was placed directly on the counter. Despite there being six employees, service was incredibly slow. The only positive aspect was that they were out of syrup for my refresher and offered an alternative. However, I would not be returning to this restaurant.
When you request a box of 50 assorted Timbits and the staff member doesn't hesitate to mix them up, giving you 25 chocolates and 25 cinnamon ones, it's a delightful surprise. A message to the person responding to this review: show genuine care for the service by providing a personalized response rather than copying and pasting.
