Don't expect to get the right order. I order the same thing every time I go. Cilantro Lime Chicken Bowl with Grilled Chicken. Today, I ordered that, they repeat it back to me (but never put it on the screen). First bowl: They gave me a Habanero SpicyBreaded Chicken I sent it back. I'm Gluten intolerant and my colitis cannot handle spice. I said I ordered the Cilantro Limewith Grilled. Second Bowl: Habanero Spicy Grilled Chicken. I sent it back, I cannot stomach spice. Don't expect to get the correct order at Tim Hortons. I always order the same item from their menu: the Cilantro Lime Chicken Bowl with Grilled Chicken. Today, I placed my order, and although they repeated it back to me, it never appeared on the screen. The first bowl they served had Habanero Spicy Breaded Chicken, which I had to return. Being gluten intolerant and unable to handle spicy food due to colitis, I clarified my order again for the Cilantro Lime with Grilled Chicken. The second bowl still contained Habanero Spicy Grilled Chicken, so I had to send it back once more. I simply cannot handle spicy dishes.

I ordered a new cilantro lime chicken wrap, and while it was delicious, it seemed smaller than the one I had at another location. I’ll reserve judgment on this spot until I try the next one to see if it’s consistent. The new touchless doors for the two restrooms are impressive, but there’s a problem for guests who are unfamiliar with the system or in a hurry. Many people don't pay enough attention to the small signs. They need to wave their hand over the inside sensor to gain access.

It's clear they need to hire new employees who can greet customers politely and prepare orders correctly. The current staff really needs to change. I've never written a review before, but after living in Fairview for eight months, this experience compelled me to do so. The owner should take note because poor service is driving away sales, and it's not just me—others are expressing similar complaints. Réservez une table maintenant

I enjoy their food, particularly the doughnuts, which is why I’m giving them 4 stars. However, they don’t have their entire menu available. I wanted to try their pesto sandwich because my wife has been having issues with meat since COVID. She keeps asking for that sandwich but hasn’t been able to get it, which seems to be a supply issue. Overall, it's great for me, but disappointing for her.
