Every time we pass through Lethbridge we stop for a quick breakfast.a simple order and wrong each time. I ordered the BELT and received an egg, sausage on a bagel and that was it. I took it to the counter and th training cashier handled it and the lady working the station. It was that lady who said she would add lettuce! I asked for a new sandwich with bacon lettuce and tomato as per the order. And my husband who had a egg, sausage on an English muffin was correct but hash brown was broken into pieces! This isn’t the first time the order was a mistake. And just what we wanted driving was indigestion. Only common factor in the order was the egg. We have decided it’s not worth the headache and...
It's a Tims. Great location, easy access from the nearby hotels or the highway as we pass by. Easy parking, quick to pop over from gabbing fuel next door. I loathe the individual sheets of toilet paper, and that there's no paper towels in the bathrooms (to mop up the mess left on counters) but this location has always had tidy bathrooms which is rare. We've always gone inside, not the drive thru, and haven't had issues with wrong items. Just check before you drive off.
The guy works at night says he is night in charge. He is very rude, terrible customer service he argues on everything. The only thing he knows how to cut off his coworker and the customers. Everything happened yesterday. Today I went for coffee he was being so rude and telling me that he was laughing on me yesterday he was mentally harassing me. terrible Tim Hortans of Lethbridge.
I go here every morning and every morning they play a little game at the drive thru where they ask questions and say they have to look and see if they have what I ordered. They always do. It creates a backlog at the order spot. I think they do it because they get graded on the time you're at the actual window. It's just so annoying.... STOP IT!!! Réservez une table maintenant
