I ordered a wrap and an iced latte at this restaurant. I have sensitive teeth, so I requested for less ice in my drink. However, when it was served to me, the cup was only half filled with minimal coffee and ice. When I inquired about it, the server explained that is the standard amount of coffee they put when someone asks for less ice. I mentioned that this has never happened to me before, even at Starbucks. There have been times when I couldn't have ice at all, so I would have my drinks without ice, but I have never faced this issue at any other cafes except for Tim Hortons. Additionally, the wrap I ordered tasted very unpleasant. This was by far the worst service I have ever experienced.
Drive through is the only option. I gassed up and walked in. I saw 15 cars or more go by the window as I waited inside with not even a glance from the person in front. One guy waited over 10 mins just to get a coffee... I waited 20 and when I asked where my sandwich was, I was told it was not his fault and he had no control over the kitchen.. No dummy, go follow-up and get me my sandwich... So I recommend going elsewhere, but if you must, obviously stay in your car as they do not serve within the time you placed the order, just if you are in your car..
Very low service, 25/may/2021 , I have waited 20 minutes in drive through, there was a big lineup behind me, but there was no one inside ,Tim Hortons was empty ... I have never saw like is irresponsible and horrible Tim Hortons. A good suggestion for the Owner of this Tim Hortons to sale it and let the other person to handle it properly... it’s not a joke , the owner is ruin the Name of Tim Hortons, I have worked in Tim Hortons and I know how it works but here is crazy service.
I never give bad reviews, but here goes: I just left the coffee shop after I had to wait at least 15 min for one coffee. There seems to be enough staff but they all look sooo demotivated and like they don’t want to be there. There was no music playing (idk, maybe that would help a bunch of teenagers find their motivation for work? I hope the manager sees this comment and does something about their employees.
