Tim Hortons - Réserver une table

I went to this location Nov 11 2023. I really needed to use the washroom, door was locked. I was buying two coffees and a doughnut. So stood in line about 20 mins to get served, one small and one med coffee, very hot to hold. I put one cup on top of other to carry it out. No tray or sleeve. I dropped one cofffee all over the ground. Did not have time to go back and say sorry about my mishap. Which would have not happened if the two hot drinks were on a tray, my hands were too full. I held my bladder for almost ahalf hour till i got home. I know they were swamped yesterday, but at the same time i am still a customer.The response back from Timmy,s i find is lacking. Why no cardboard sleeves on...

Absolutely poor customer service.The wash room was locked and customers were not allowed to use it if they did not purchase their items. When I asked an employee to open the door he said no way and we can’t before I purchased something.I was shocked that Tim has such bad customer service.Then a staff at the cash counter unlocked the toilet door when I paid for a cup of coffee.The toilet was totally disgusting and dirty.

The very loud chit chatter of the ladies behind the counter exceeded the volume of the machines beeping. It would be nice if they could tone it down please. It sounded like they were arguing about something which isn't conducing to having a nice relaxing cup of coffee and something to eat.

Ordered a cappuchino and received just milk. Returned back and informed them to change and this time even after informing them to add sugar, they didn't add even a bit of sugar. Is it so difficult to get a simple order right? Pathetic!!

The tweaked out ambience of the patrons was especially entertaining. I enjoyed the floor show. The food was good, and I survived the walk to my car.Parking: There are no valets here. Don't give people your keys to park your car.

Management doesn't care who's about when they scold the staff. There's no need to talk to anyone with such a demeaning tone, especially not in front of customers.

Always a friendly staff. Drive thru is pretty quick.
