not great the dame was not sure how I had my card that I had won, and her manager always tried to talk to her about shirr while I tried to order what I think threw her away and I didn't put her on my card right or something so that I don't put any points or roll-ups on a good size. then I told customer service and they said that they could be sorry for not being enthusiastic about this place.
Waited in drive through for 15 minutes.Ordered farmers wrap, they asked if I wanted sausage or bacon, I asked for sausage and add tomatoes.Got NO sausage, and NO tomatoes???? How do you screw up this badly? Of course I got charged for both items that were missing.
the internal service is always super slow. as if they aren't internal workers. Sometimes people sit there for only 3-5 minutes waiting for someone to finally take their order. unfortunately not like a typical timmy’s
I go through the drive thru every morning and I have to say Jody Rachelle and Sammi make my morning. They always remember my order and my name they go above and beyond. Thank you for your amazing service Réservez une table maintenant
Either the young staff don't care or not trained properly. I got all old fashion timits for assorted timbits, and French vanilla turned into a double double.
Worst tim hortons in the city. They make black coffee double double and don't know how to make the menu items properly they always mess up the order somehow
avoid the drive. in the last few months, they must have cut the number of workers because they are slowest at the eastern end.
