I've heard from others who have had similar experiences with her. I recall one instance when I was enjoying a coffee, and another customer seated nearby confronted her about her rudeness after she treated him poorly while taking his order. He told me he wouldn’t return as long as she was working there. If management wants to keep their regular customers, they really need to address this issue. They could either provide her with additional training or consider having her replaced.

It's been over a week since the property manager at this location turned off the air conditioning in an effort to save energy. Given the current hot weather, it's concerning and could potentially lead to heat-related illnesses. This is unacceptable.

Worst French vanilla I have tasted from Tim Hortons. There were dead bugs on the window ledge and a fly was at my table. The staff are very efficient and friendly.
