I work in construction and our shop is down the road. Honestly one of the better drive thru Tim’s in all of Niagara. Always get my order right. Only complaint was when their ice machine was down. They had a sign on the speaker box but had either blown away or blown over- couldn’t see it. Person working the window gave me my iced coffee, and it was warm, not cold. When I asked about there being no ice in the drink, he said we have no ice, we have a sign you should have seen it. Little disappointed that’s what his first response was, but asked for an iced cap instead and was charged the difference with an eye roll and an attitude as he walked away. I have been visiting the drive-thru at this restaurant every day, and for the past two days I have been served by Mae, who is incredibly polite and cheerful. It has been a delightful experience. Great job, Mae! You have been making people leave with a smile on their face. By the way, it would be helpful to have an awning for rainy days.

i ordered a vanilla iced coffee. no cane sugar OR vanilla syrup was added to my iced coffee. just cream. she even announced “vanilla iced coffee” after she made it. learn how to make an iced coffee. god you guys are so stupid. and this ain’t the first time either.

Worst customer service. Came 20th March around 2 am. The Person working there lied to us that it is closed and then later the female worker as well. They were not willing to serve us. Réservez une table maintenant

Coffee was very fresh hot employees were friendly and quick still needs a much better variety of donuts time to bring back some old classics walnut crunch
