The bagel was not fresh.I ask for double toasted and it was not even single toast.And the steep tea was ice cold. Both food and the drink quality was so bad.And the costumer service was even worse.I was waiting for my bagel and she put the bagel on the counter and didn’t tell me that it’s your bagel. After 5min i ask them for my bagel and then she told me it’s been ready from last 5 min.Then i asked her who gonna tell me that my bagel is ready and she was i put it there .she didn’t even said a word that bagel is ready .I don’t have the X-ray machine with me so I can figure out what is inside the cover.And at the end i ended up throwing my bagel and the drink in the garage.I don’t recommend t...
I ordered a tea at this location on 3/16 at 15:060m. The associate was sweeping the floor with the broom and had no gloves on. Without washing her hands she took my order and even made my tea. When I complained about the hygiene standards she just made an awakened face and didn’t even apologized. Another associate then jumped in to make my tea but since he never read the order he made it all wrong as well.I have had bad experience at Tim’s but this was the worst. No hygiene and so much disrespect. This location definitely doesn’t value customers and their health.
