Tim Hortons - Réserver une table

I came through the drive thru at 10:37amWhen I got to the window, the woman serving me was very pleasant, however, behind her with the headset on, the woman muted the the mic to drive thru and told another employee to shut the f up, and get out of my face loud enough that my children in the back of my car heard. Very unprofessional behavior in a service workplace environment.

The older that is at the window is very passive agressive. Everyone that works there hardly acknowledges you exist like you're bothering them. No hello, no have a good day. They say nothing except the one lady. Especially when you want to start your day on a positive note, just having that negative interaction stands out.

Worst location . I usually ordered at drive through . The lady taking orders is very rude……I think manager of the store . She don’t have sense of customer service . I don’t know how she can be manager.I always spoiled my mood in the morning. This store is just nearby my work location otherwise I will never visit

They have the worst staff. Especially their manager.I forgot to order 1 hasbrown along with my coffee. They made me go back and order again on drive thru. Complete Wastage of time. Wont recommend from visiting this tim hortons.

NEVER has my mobile order ready. Why take them if I have to line up and then watch you make it?

They give half cup pf coffee when u ask then to put light ice..such bad service
