The location is absolutely terrible. I usually order at the drive-thru, and the woman taking the orders is very rude—she seems to be the manager. She lacks basic customer service skills, and I can't understand how she holds a managerial position. Interactions with her always ruin my mood in the morning. This store is conveniently located near my workplace; otherwise, I would never return.
I visited the drive-thru at 10:37 AM. When I reached the window, the woman serving me was quite friendly. However, behind her, another employee, wearing a headset, muted the mic and audibly told a coworker to “shut the f up” and “get out of my face.” My children in the back of the car heard this, and I found it to be very unprofessional behavior for a service-oriented workplace.
The older woman at the window has a very passive-aggressive attitude. The staff hardly acknowledges your presence, making you feel like you're a nuisance to them. There are no greetings or good wishes; the only one who does say something is one of the ladies. When you're trying to begin your day on a positive note, that kind of negative interaction really leaves an impression.
