What a night and day difference between this location and the location on Michigan ave near the train station.This place has been always good with the speed of the line, my orders, never had a mistake and their items seem to always taste a bit better, customer service is will recognized and they try to achieve it to keep customers returning. This has been my go to now even tho the Michigan ave location is closer. I hope they continue this trend.
The past 3 times I've gone thru the drive thru my order has been wrong. It comes up on the screen correct and its repeated back (med iced coffee with vream and sugar). When I arrive at the window, they hand me a hot coffee. If I correct it, there is attitude about what I ordered. This has started recently. May be short staffed like the rest of America. But its a simple iced coffee. I'll see what happens next time and update if better
This place is always been perfect for the start of my day although I do have to make note that I did not pay for my meal my boss did. Isn't that swell. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin it appear to be I thought it was a biscuit but it still turned out to be damn fine good.
