The food is good, but be prepared to wait for about 15 minutes. Service is consistently slow. I've visited several times and noticed lines that barely move for five minutes at a time. Even when I place a mobile order five minutes in advance—or even earlier—it’s often still not ready when I arrive. I understand that it's a busy spot, but they really need to hire more staff to improve efficiency. Given the constant high volume, running out of key ingredients shouldn't happen; they should be monitoring their supply levels and proactively restocking.
This is by far the worst experience I’ve had for wait times at a Tim Hortons. I know to avoid this location yet against my better judgement I stopped in yesterday. I was in line for 20 minutes, third person in line. Asked when we would be served as I had to get my kid to school, they still didn’t help. Line up was out the door. I left, went to the Paris road location. I was in and out and the manager was amazing. I will never attend this location again!!!
I don't understand why you do not have 2 people working the tills for dine in. I wait anywhere from 5 minutes to 20 minutes to get waited on. You have 4 or 5 people on drive through and 1 person on till. Today the man in front of me left because of the wait. The staff are alwayspleasant but service is lacking big time
Tired of waiting in line for a coffee before work listening to the staff talk to everyone and Gossip and tell story's there are times I'm second in line and I'm there for 15 min so I just walk out it happens twice a weekJust serve me my coffee so I can get to work on

Wait time is too much even at 8pm while no one is around, waited for 5 mins to get my order and it was wrong , I couldn't say them I was in hurry .... I don't believe 3.8 rating is legit .
I received outstanding customer service and enjoyed some fresh coffee, but unfortunately, the donuts seemed quite stale and were overly hard.
The baked goods are always incredibly fresh, the bathroom is very clean, and I believe the new owners are doing an excellent job.
Drinks were made perfectly. Best Tim Hortons in the area.Friendly staff and great customer service from Bvneet and Jon!
