Tim Hortons - Réserver une table

I don't understand why you do not have 2 people working the tills for dine in. I wait anywhere from 5 minutes to 20 minutes to get waited on. You have 4 or 5 people on drive through and 1 person on till. Today the man in front of me left because of the wait. The staff are alwayspleasant but service is lacking big time

Tired of waiting in line for a coffee before work listening to the staff talk to everyone and Gossip and tell story's there are times I'm second in line and I'm there for 15 min so I just walk out it happens twice a weekJust serve me my coffee so I can get to work on

Received excellent customer service and fresh coffee; however, the donuts appeared quite old and were excessively hard.

Baked goods always super fresh, very clean bathroom, think it has new owners doing a great job.
