Good food if you wait for 15 minutes. It's always slow. I've come in many a times and seen lineups that don't move for 5 minutes. I can mobile order 5 minutes in advance or more and it STILL isn't ready. I get it's a busy location, but come on. Hire more employees. Get speed up. It's always a busy location, so running out of food components shouldn't happen either, you should be able to see when you're running low and start making more. Service: Take out
Food was poorly assembled. Service was fast BUT no care toward point collection. Handed over cash saying i have points in the 5 seconds it took to hold up my phone which already had the app scan code at the ready) the window was closed, transaction completed and points/ rolls no longer able to applied to account. Not a big deal but frustrating way to start the morning because i lost points and 2 rolls the only reason I went in the first place)!
