I have never experienced such long wait times in a drive-thru before. It wasn't even during a busy mealtime rush. Additionally, I have encountered difficulties with the employees only speaking French. I hope that the service improves, as this Tim Hortons location is the closest to my house and on my regular route when leaving home.
The restaurant never has the food advertised on the light board, lacks variety in their selection of donuts and soups, and doesn't offer chili at this location. They seem more focused on serving customers at the drive-thru rather than in-store. There is no competition, so customers have no choice but to wait for Duncan.
Although we are French, we are also fluent in English. Despite the menu being in French, we chose to speak French and unfortunately, the level of attitude we received was unbearable. We waited 15 minutes for just 3 drinks, and the waitress seemed to almost laugh in our faces.
I have never waited as long in drive thru as I did there. It wasn't a mealtime rush either. I have had struggles with the employees only understanding french. I hope things improve as it is the closest Tim's to my house and on my everyday route to leave the house. Réservez une table maintenant
Why is the drive thru menu in French only? Thought it would cycle through to English after the French, but nope, just kept cycling the same screens all in French. Thankfully the lady working the drive thru was bilingual and could answer our questions.
Super friendly staff! I'm normally not a Tim Hortons fan and will always choose a local café over Tims. But I was pleasantly surprised at how much the staff interacted connected with the customers. Well done!
Long wait to order and order made wrong. When you have an allergy to something the staff taking the order should listen to their customers to ensure that the order is taken correctly.
No matter what time of day it is so slow...15 unexagerated time at 5 am for coffee and bagel??? Absolutely absurd.......fero dumptruck taking up 4 parking spaces at the door... Réservez une table maintenant
Never stir the coffee it's actually their training anything with sweetener they're supposed to stir even the cappuccino and hot chocolate! Lid smelled like Body odor ???
