Tim Hortons - Réserver une table

We would have been better to go and have a sit down meal somewhere, would have been faster. There are two order lines but witnessed people just stand in the middle of everyone and decide they were more important so needed their order in before others. Took over 10 minutes for a breakfast sandwich, was chaos. They need a better system here. I'll go across the street for breakfast next time.

I had a problem with a cup of tea, one of the staff accidently put cream instead of milk as requested. I took it back and they were most accommodating and then just a I was about to leave, a very pleasant young man came up and gave me a certificate for a complimentary tea in the future as their way of saying " Sorry for the screw up."

The service was a little slow but the staff was friendly. My wife's order was wrong but at this point it wasn't worth turning around to go back. Like the title said, typical Tim's; sometimes the orders messed up and sometimes the wait is long but at least the staff were nice : )

Why not?? Is this a tough request? How hard is this to do. C'mon lots of people are caff-free. Convenient spot and great to have more options in Port Severn tho.

Stopped in for a coffee and a treat. Yes it was lined up but the staff moved through the line. The were quick & efficient.
