I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant. The staff member I interacted with was quite rude. When I attempted to place my order, she remarked that she didn't understand me because I didn't speak French, even though I can communicate in both English and French. Her attitude felt discriminatory, which made the experience unpleasant.

that one girl with glasses on life support burned our bagels, she didn’t even give us the right order. Didn’t even bother to put cream cheese and butter in any of the bagels (4) and didn’t cut any of them, I would understand if they were in a rush but no one else was there… would not recommend

I ordered a decaf coffee, but it seems there was a mix-up again. They served me a half coffee, half hot water instead. This happens every time I come here! Orders always seem to go wrong, especially when the café is busy. My previous experiences at other places have been much better.

Tried the tim beibs. I know it's a limited time but you guys should really consider keeping the birthday cake waffle in the line up. In fact...a full size donut like that would be much appreciated as well. Réservez une table maintenant

I prefer not to write negative reviews, but this particular lady seems to have a knack for ruining the experience. Every day, she arrives with a poor attitude that affects the atmosphere.

On the website, says hours are until 10pm, I am here at the location, its 930pm and no one is here to help customers. Very very disappointed.

The staff is friendly, and the service was quick. I dined in for dinner, and the price per person was around CA$10–20.
