Been here many times and always been pleased hence returning many times. This time however we were left for 15-20 minutes without anyone even asking for a drinks order, in fairness once prompted we did get a free drink, but still pretty poor. After we ordered we did wait around 40 minutes for our food, and whilst I appreciate it takes time to prepare and serve, it did seem awfully long especially after the initial 15-20 minutes wait to order in the first place. In short great food at reasonable cost in a nice atmosphere, customer service shocking and needs sorted out before you lose customers.

This is a great restaurant. Even though my reservation through Opentable didn't seem to go through, they still found a table for us. They even moved us to a different table when they noticed my mom was too warm next to the radiator. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. The staff were very friendly and quick to address any issues. I would definitely return to this restaurant.
I love this place, best Tapas outside of Spain! These fantastic dishes mean you can have a little bit of what you fancy, fish, chicken, veggie, Spanish black pudding! You can treat it as family style and share with your diner companions or have them all to yourselves (take my hummus and lose your fingers Great staff, great surroundings, great value and of course great food

good restaurant. does not believe that my booking was received by opentable by them, but they still have accommodated us. they dragged us to another table, because it was too warm that my mother was next to the radiator. the food was delicious. service was good and the staff was friendly. Some problems were dealt quickly, I would definitely be back.
The restaurant offers excellent food and exceptional service at a great value. On Tuesdays, dishes are only £2.50 each, making it even more affordable.
The food at this restaurant is always exceptional, but at times the service can be slow, especially when they are busier than usual.
