This place have looongs hours of working so the waiters are not always the same and who work during the night are a little bit more ' rude ' they must to contain certains 'euphoria ' from people. The Hamburgers and Pizzas are the most tasty and i suggest to remain on those but the other options also are not bad and if you come after party and need to look for a place where to drink and eat well there it is ! During the winter the places are really limited meanwhile the summer they have a really big terrance really enjoyable. during the GP of Monaco forget the terrace. I suggest always good manners and you will have a big smile and a super tasty food !
The outside seating was very nice with parts that were shaded in parts that were sunny with plenty of seating. The Ragu pasta was very tasty and just enough food to not overfill you. It also had plenty of meat which is exactly what I wanted. The chicken Caesar salad is also quite good. The chicken was breaded and Crispy and very flavorful. Their menu was online and they provided free Wi-Fi to connect to the menu. The menu was in English as well as many other languages. We would come here again. Price was not horrible and actually quite cheap for Monaco. About $25-35 per head
After we tried other places, we stopped at Tip Top, and we were pleasantly surprised. Great burger and Ravioli was delicious. The lemon cheese cake was another unexpected turn, as it wasn't solid as I used to it, but a soft mouss-y blow-creamie texture that was just as delicious as its traditional counterpart. Would definitely eat again.
The pasta was very unbelievably delicious. The cream was very thick and tasted so yummy. It was not on the menu but they prepared it on our request. The chicken burger was ok. Hot chocolate and cappuccino were good as well. The ambience is really nice and situated very close to the casino.

Cute little restaurant. One of the more affordable and less fancy places to eat that is still in a great location. Food is average but service is good. Highly recommend for a day not looking to go all in on the higher end restaurants or just a simple lunch.
Great little place. Short walk from casino as others have said. Small. Few tables. Really good local atmosphere and loud. Food is simple fare but large portions and amazingly tasty compared to English food : staff is really great. Recommended
Honestly, I’m surprised that this place isn’t rated higher here. The service was sooo friendly and attentive, the food was good and the vibes (especially at 3am) were great the places was packed and loud. I was very pleasantly surprised!

La pizza au saumon fumé était bonne, rien de plus. Le menu mentionne des tomates cerises, mais il y avait une tomate et demie.
