Unfortunately the meal was a total failure. Fettuccine with salmon cream sauce was ordered. A plate of fettuccine smothered in a cream sauce was served. Totally dry, not a drop of sauce in the plate, and apparently there wasn't any seasoning either. In the plate there were about 10 to 12 cube-like, indefinable cubes about 1 cm in circumference. This was supposed to be the salmon, which it definitely wasn't. Possibly some kind of fish, the taste is terrible. The food was not charged for, nor was the food from my companion. However, I expected the boss to apologize for the meal and at least say one sentence about the unsuccessful meal when leaving the restaurant. Maybe the chef was just having...
