We started with the arancini, which featured risotto and mozzarella, and it was exceptional. I noticed a few other diners ordering it as well. The marinara sauce was so delicious that I ordered extra bread just to soak it up. For my second course, I chose the lobster bisque. Wow! It was creamy and rich, filled with generous chunks of lobster. I could eat this every day and never tire of it. For my main course, I had the short rib bolognese. The pasta was cooked to perfection, and the shredded short ribs paired with the sauce were simply amazing. The portion size was substantial, but I managed to finish it all! I don’t usually get dessert, but I couldn't resist the flourless chocolate cake...
Holy delicious. We made reservations and accidentally snarled the arancini before I could snaf a photo. We brought wine to drink since it's BYOB. Appetizer: Arancini, not photographed because we inhaled it upon being placed on the table. Very tasty; crispy,creamy, with all the correct components. Dinner: Halibut special, Seafood Risotto... both delicious. I think the Seafood Risottomay have been a little better than the Halibut, but I would have been thrilled with either dish. Dessert: Bread Pudding,Chocolate Cake, Key Lime Pie bread pudding and chocolate cake were 10's, key lime pie was a 7 because it wasn't super tangy,but still ok ???? Highly recommend this place, and no dress code worrie...
Absolutely fantastic! Our server, Sandy, was exceptionally attentive. We started with the polenta sausage appetizer, which was delicious. My husband and I ordered the Filet Poivre, and it was cooked to perfection. When I mentioned to Sandy that I didn't want the mashed potatoes, she generously provided extra green beans instead. A lovely touch! We concluded our wonderful meal with Key Lime Pie, which was delightful. I highly recommend this place. Dine outside and enjoy some people-watching. Just a heads up: it's a BYOB, so you can bring your favorite wine and save quite a bit of money!
During my visit to Cape May, I stopped by Trisha's for a light bite. We ordered a few appetizers to tide us over, and the scallops with risotto were fantastic. The portion size was just right for an appetizer, and the scallops were cooked to perfection. The risotto was also excellent. The service was good, although it was a bit slow—possibly due to being understaffed. It was a bit unusual that they only offered wine by the bottle rather than by the glass. This was my second visit, and I remembered the food being exceptional and beautifully presented. Réservez une table maintenant
I wish this was a five star post because we heard nothing but wonderful things about this place. The staff was beyond friendly and attentive and I loved the atmosphere. The food tasted good, but I feel it could have been better. For example, the chefsspecial was their garden burger but with fried chicken. When it came out ? it was literally two chicken tenders on a bun. Andthe fries were just generic. I know that?s a broad statement but I feel like if you have a truffle fries appetizers, the frieswould be a little better quality.
We have been visiting Tisha's for years, and the dining experience consistently exceeds our expectations. There is always a variety of specials that highlight the seafood dishes you would anticipate in this coastal town. This evening, we enjoyed the halibut and scallop specials, both of which were outstanding. The pork and salmon entrees were also excellent. We have never had a disappointing meal at Tisha's, and the outdoor dining option is ideal for a lovely summer day.
Tisha's continues to be my top spot for lunch in Cape May. I had the pleasure of sitting on the back patio for the first time, enveloped by the lush greenery and vibrant flowers. Victoria offered exceptional service, and the food was, as always, fantastic. I enjoyed the *Arancini with Mozzarella and Peas*, *Lobster Bisque*, *Crab Cake Tacos*, and *Scallop Risotto*.
