I heard a couple of people in another restaurant about this hidden gem on golf bvd on Indian Rocks Beach. TJ'S Italian Cafe. The ambience was so relaxing as the classics played by Frank Sinatra, the old world decoration inside paired with a plantation outside the terrace was a nice change from the beach surf type tiki huts. I ordered Veal Piccata, which I usually order via linguini (optional). I ordered creamy percussion potatoes and the steamed cabbage medal of carrots, broccoli, onion. The Veal sweated in lemon-wine copper sauce, which complimented the vegetables and potatoes. I had a white riceling wine to accompany my meal that arrived hot! This alone speaks volumes. The cream on the top...
Let's play a game... what's missing in this picture? Great location. Classic-looking furnishings. The food was good. But none of us have what we ordered. Ate it anyway because she slammed as soon as we sat and it was a bit a s*t show. Salad arrived right away. Besteck was 30 minutes later... Prosecco came to the table after being transported with the second bottle of San Pellegrino. Don't order Dessert. Denton was kind of generic. Great parties are going forward here. Be warned couples.
Our party of 3 enjoyed dinner at TJ?s on Tuesday night. We were warmly welcomed by the staff when we entered, and we immediately noticed that the dining areas are beautifully appointed without being stuffy. Tonia was our server and she was wonderful! She gave great recommendations and delivered excellent service. We ordered appetizers, pasta, pizza and salads and all were fresh and delicious. Very recommended!
Went out for the first time to TJ?s with my husband and daughter. We had the stuffed mushrooms, chicken Sorrentino , Destination filet, garlic bread and cheese pizza. All The food was amazing, our waitress was super friendly and it was a perfect day to sit on outside on the front porch! Oh and The lemon Cello cake was to die for!
