I regrettably ordered the Angus Burger from this restaurant and it was a mistake. The sight of a plastic tub filled with chicken wings, without any indication of refrigeration, should have been a red flag. The burger patty was unseasoned and gray, resembling a piece of steamed meat. The tomato and lettuce were neither crisp nor fresh, resulting in a truly terrible burger. If you can't get the first item on your menu right, I can only imagine how the rest must be. To make matters worse, I have limited time to eat during my shift. By the time I returned to my desk and realized how bad it was, it was too late. I took a few bites and ultimately decided to throw the rest away.
The portion sizes are smaller than those at other sandwich shops in the area, and the prices are higher. The food lacks flavor, and the only option for adding some taste is seasoned salt available on the counter.
The customer service was good. The food was way better than expected! I had the philly cheesesteak no mushrooms and it was the best I have had. So buttery and seasoned to perfection. I will definitely be back!!
Please don't go wasting your money to this place. The sandwich I ordered for $12.45 was the size of a hot dog, the bun was old and squashed. The meat was slimy looked like vomited and had a piece of onion.

They were open on a Sunday morning when no one else was so that's already a winning score. I got a black bean burger and it was pretty good. I like the bun used for their sandwiches.
I used to eat pretty much only TJ 's Tailgater when I visit for Dragon Con, but the quality of the food has definitely gone down. The coleslaw was just poorly chopped lettuce.
I had lunch here today and it was disappointing! I received a cold chicken breast between two buns, and the chicken was only about 2 ounces.
Ordered the fried chicken tender sandwich, and it was awful. Basically, microwave quality food. Stay away unless you hate good food.

bad food and worse service. The man that took my order literally gave me bad energy for not getting fries and a drink...
Fries were soggy and cold, the cheesesteak I ordered was very bland and had barely any flavor.
