Beautiful food and good service. <br/ <br/ First time being here and definitely returning. They were prepared to change meals around due to dietary requirements and very friendly about it unlike most. <br/ <br/ The spring rolls (normal size not mini) were absolutely superb oh my god best ever!!!!!! <br/ <br/ As for the green chicken curry perfect size for a male who has a large appetite<br/ <br/ Thanks for the lovely night!!

Enjoyed last night’s dinner a lot. Never tried this place before. The menu is extensive , glad the friendly staff member gave us a helping hand. I plan to go through the menu in my next few take outs and dining outs. Quite crowded for a Wednesday night. Makes me believe the place must be doing something right.

I had a wonderful time here. Food was delicious I had tom yum soup and sang choy bow for entrees and chilli and pepper chicken, honey chicken and kwioy tao. The service was absolutely brilliant. Would definitely dine here again! Awesome!!!<br/ <br/ Although one thing is that it is a little bit pricey.

Still the best pho in town! I’ve been to a few around Perth and will always still return to Toto! The broth is so tasty! and beef is sometimes fresh, else nothing to complain. Will keep going back to Toto until I find a new pho place that tops Toto!

ToTo Vietnamese is a fantastic and exceptional restaurant to dine at. They have quality services, with a nice, tidy and ambient atmosphere. The food here is very good even enhancing the flavours of vegetables. Loved it.
