I recently dined at Toast over the weekend and tried the carrot cake pancakes. They were absolutely amazing, with a rich cream cheese frosting, melt-in-your-mouth raisins, and carrots. The portion size was so large that I couldn't finish them, but I wished I could. These were by far the best pancakes I have ever had. The service was excellent as always, and the lattes were fresh and delicious. This place is a must-visit.
I had one of the most unpleasant breakfast meals at this restaurant. The food tasted terrible, and for a fraction of the cost, you could find much better tasting food at a Bodega. The tofu scramble seemed to have an excessive amount of turmeric poured over it, and the crab hash tasted watery like it came from a can. Overall, it was a terrible experience.
All the food was cold and tasteless not exaggerating. This is the worst meal i gotten from Toast. Usually I enjoy their food. The lemonade was supposed to be cold. Utwas cold and that was good. The poached egg order was poorly packed. Except for the lemonade it was an unappetizing meal. I was disappointed in Toast this time.
Toasts off we es all the traditional breakfast foods that one would expect. Their portions are rather larger which allows you to indulge or take some to go. Overall, really good option for breakfast or brunch and they have something for just about every palate. Réservez une table maintenant
I got there first thing in the morning was welcomed with smiles and great service. The food was fresh and vibrant and the coffee was like a cup of satisfaction. So, if you're in Montclair and want a delicious quality breakfast, this is your place. ?????
We always enjoy everything we order from this restaurant, but our favorites are the red velvet pancakes and eggs benedict! My daughter adores the chocolate chip silver dollar pancakes!! Huge thanks to Toast for always making our orders amazing!!!
Toast serves diner style food that’s ok. Wait staff are friendly. There are much higher quality brunch spots in the Montclair area that are comparable in price. This restaurant also charges credit card junk fees so I would hesitate to return.
Bananas Foster French Toast was absolutely delicious. the packaging of the food. was great, everything stayed in it's place. can't wait to try something else from Toast Réservez une table maintenant
