Booked a table and when we got there they said they hadn't received the booking. They found us a table. The waitress spent her whole time on her phone. We had to stop her and ask for drinks and when it came to paying we went to the bar as we waited for at least 15 minutes after the plates was taken. We wasn't offered deserts. The food was really nice and you get a lot of it. It's pretty cheap as well. I would happily go back for the food
The service and ambiance were great, the food wonderful, tasty, great selection and hot. Parking was very dificult because of the construction of the new Travelodge and pre-warning customere is the appropate action to avoid worry and concern when turning up for a booked table. We enjoyed the meal and the ambiance and will certainly come back. If you have the ap on your phone why is there a need to log in to take part in games etc.
As always, we had a wonderful evening! The new staff member, Tom, provided excellent assistance – top marks! We will definitely be returning and I highly recommend this place. If you've been on the motorway and are looking for hot food and friendly staff, this is the spot to visit!
absolutely lovely vibe on Christmas Eve, really great food and amazing value! only downside was the person manning the Carvery tried to pressure one member of the group about their vegetarian choices repeatedly saying ‘oh don’t be silly it’s christmas just eat the meat’ Réservez une table maintenant
Very busy for a Tuesday. Although service person was nice enough, starters took ages to arrive and when the did (chicken wings), they resembled robin red breast wings... tiny.. The bar was closed... Not sure I will return..
We're glad we made a reservation, as it was quite busy even on a Monday night. We only ordered main dishes, and they were excellent. I noticed the desserts on other tables, and they were beautifully presented.
Location is good within easy reach of A2. On line booking is user friendly Excellent value and reliable quality at very Toby outlet. My only reservation is the limited parking at Gravesend
