Tokaido Ramen - Réservation de table

It was a busy night, with 12 to 15 tables and only one server on duty. The server had to juggle not only the in-house guests but also orders from Skip the Dishes, Uber Eats, DoorDash, and regular takeout, all while managing to seat everyone who walked in. They were definitely understaffed. Despite being overwhelmed, she made sure that all guests had water at their tables and did her best to serve everyone. We ordered quickly and waited patiently for our meals. As for vegetarian options, they offered California Rolls and Vegetarian Rolls.

We came here for lunch and got the black garlic tonkotsu ramen (it came with chashu rice) and the Hawaii donburi.The ramen's broth was on the bland side, lacking flavor. The salt level was OK. The ingredients/fixins were a good match for the dish and were tasty. The chashu rice was too much rice for the chashu given (and many pieces were just fat).The donburi was heavy on rice and was not balanced. The sauce was sweet and did not have other flavors to compliment the dish.The service was attentive and they were very friendly.

Overall good food. I was a bit disappointed with the creamy vegan ramen. The taste was very subtle but I prefer a bit more flavor to my ramen. I wish they had more vegan, vegetarian or even pescatarian ramen options. I was impressed with the huge size of the house rolls. Never seen anything like it in my life! Réservez une table maintenant

We came for the ramen however The sushi here is decent and generous sized.The Ramen broth needs a bit of work it’s missing something. So -1 star for that. It’s still tasty but somethings missing keep trying and it’ll be perfect!I’d come back for just the sushi honestly!

Excellent sushi restaurant with a spacious dining area and high chairs available. We sampled a few ramen dishes and special rolls, and they were all incredibly delicious with a well-balanced combination of flavors.

Excellent ramen on multiple occasions! The broth is very tasty and a good selection. Price is unbeatable. Sushi is delicious as well. Highly recommend. Réservez une table maintenant
