When I arrived at 9:21 PM, I noticed an employee sweeping in the back. As I approached the entrance, he saw me and locked the door right in front of me. I thought he wouldn’t actually lock the door while I was just a few feet away, but sure enough, it was locked. He then acted as if he didn’t see me standing there. I must admit, out of anger and disbelief at the poor customer service, I honked my horn a few times as I drove away. My reaction wasn’t appropriate, but I was truly shocked that my presence was completely ignored after he had made eye contact with me.
At 9:25 PM, I left the parking lot, and the posted hours for this location are until 9:30 PM. I consider myself to be a reasonable...
I appreciate that they allow you to customize your order by omitting whatever you want without any hassle. I always request to leave out onions, and they happily accommodate my request. The food is served quickly, and I've always received it hot, which indicates that it's freshly prepared rather than sitting around for too long. The only downside is the drink and condiment area; it could use a bit more attention to cleanliness at times.
Regrettably, I didn’t check the reviews before choosing this restaurant. I ordered chicken teriyaki, and the meat was bland and tough—almost like it could be pork or something else entirely. The miso soup was oily and brown; I couldn't tell if it was actually miso, so I decided not to eat it. It had a metallic taste as well. I would recommend steering clear of this place.
The food here is amazing and definitely worth the wait. I entered without any expectations and was pleasantly surprised. I enjoyed the chicken, steak, and shrimp, along with a few appetizers: octopus balls, two spring rolls, and one egg roll. I would rate the food a solid 7 out of 10. I will definitely return to this restaurant!

My name is Cynthia Haynes Asmond, and I absolutely love the teriyaki chicken bowl with white rice, zucchini, and carrots! The staff is incredibly friendly, and both the restaurant and restrooms are spotless. If you're not in the mood to cook, this is the perfect spot for takeout or dining in! Food: 5/5
The location on Forest Drive is much better than this one. I could hardly eat my chicken because it was really chewy. I also ordered spring rolls, but they never arrived. Since there was no mention of spring rolls on the receipt, I didn't feel comfortable bringing it up and waiting for them.
I thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere at WAREN, and the staff really elevated the experience. If you have a partner who enjoys a vibrant ambiance, this spot is ideal. It's not only entertaining but also offers a warm and friendly environment that truly enhances the overall experience.
The food is decent, but they really need more than just two staff members on duty during busy times, especially at lunch. As a result, service can be slow. Overall, I would rate the food a 3 out of 5.
