When my husband arrived to pick up the order and mentioned it was under his name, Ty, who had answered the phone, just let him stand there without saying anything. After a few minutes, he finally returned. My husband pointed out that he should try to be a bit less rude. Since my husband has worked in a restaurant for the last 14 years, he understands that people can have tough days, but it’s still not acceptable to treat customers this way. Ty then asked my husband if he could speak English. My husband replied that he could, but he preferred to communicate in Spanish. The place lacks adequate staff, the staff working there were extremely busy but friendly. Burger was dry, way too much bbq sauce, onion rings were soggy, fries were soggy. Wasn't expecting much, so wasn't surprised on quality. I was hungry and always pass by this place on my way to work. Gave it a shot, not a place I'll return to unless i got no other options.
The parking lot is a little tight. The staff is very helpful and friendly The prices are somewhat high compared to other burger shops. I used to have more delicious food in other branches. This industry is quietly large and cozy. I liked the atmosphere, but I'm just gonna come back when I have a company with me to enjoy the vibes.
