I ordered an egg and cheese sandwich with onions and peppers, paired with a side of turkey bacon. The turkey bacon was excellent—crispy and just the right amount of salty, exactly how turkey bacon should be. However, the eggs were somewhat rubbery, though they did have nice flavor. I really wish they would offer mozzarella cheese as an option.
I order from this restaurant every weekend, and I absolutely love it! Their Spanish omelette with spicy chorizo is fantastic, and the coffee is great as well. The home fries are well-seasoned and perfectly cooked, plus they serve generous portions. I highly recommend this place!
This is the best bagel shop in Paterson! The bagels are fresh and hot, and the food is absolutely delicious. I always receive exceptional hospitality here. I would rate it a perfect 10 out of 10!

I had a disappointing experience with the single layer of Taylor ham and cheese. It lacked flavor and felt like I was just eating air. Not very satisfying at all!
