I got a torta with the sauce on the side. Like a mexican French dip sandwich but this was way better. I went into a food trance dipping the sandwich in the sauce and had to use chips at the end until all the sauce was gone. My spouse got a fruit botanico and she loved it. Very friendly people and really low prices. We will come back here!

The food is delicious and the restaurant itself has a wide variety of food to choose from. The staff are always friendly and they ensure you are satisfied. The restaurant itself is clean and has a nice modern/tradition style to it. I've never been dissatisfied with this restaurant. The food is well worth the money.

A gem in the rough, with a small luncheonette ambiance, the family run kitchen is stellar. The staff makes everyone feel welcomed the prices are considerate to its customer base. I'd venture to say the best Barbacoa flavor in LA. Réservez une table maintenant

The food at this restaurant is fantastic. The shredded steamed beef tacos are especially delicious. The tortas ahogadas are decent, but not as impressive as the tacos.

Best place for tortas ahogadas. I have tried a few places around the are for tortas, but so far this one is the best one!

The crispy tacos are authentic and delicious. The horchata is also very good. I will definitely try an entree next time.
