Whilst living in the area years ago(pre-covids), this was our go-to pizza spot for excellent pizza. The sauce was savory and the thin crust was crisp and slightly charred(a good thing). It was usually pepperoni, mushroom and sausage with a side of anchovies. There was no other pizza that could compare in the area.Fast forward a couple years to when we visited family in the area. Between Toto's, In N Out and Broadway Prime, these were the places we looked forward to visiting most. Utterly disappointed. I hope it was a fluke day but the pizza we got was not what I remembered. I'm really disappointed to write this review. This place used to serve the best pizza, but lately, their quality has declined. When I complained about not receiving my extra cheese, they overloaded the pizza with cheese to the point where it was inedible, and they found it amusing. Unfortunately, this has happened again. I ordered extra cheese, and yet again, it was missing, making the pizza quite unappetizing. Be cautious—this isn't the same Totos that I used to love. Perhaps there are new owners; I'm not sure, but I would recommend staying away.
I have had ToTos probably over 1000 times since I was a child. It was easily the best pizza in the west bay before the Covid in 2020. I dont know if there was a change of ownership or the way they make the Pizza but it just hasnt been the same since 2020. Its still good pizza, but its not what it once was. Their prices are also through the roof these days. Sad!
Really wanted to try this place as it's been around for so long. However with prices such as $3.25 per topping I could not bring myself to spend so much on so little. Not a pizza parlor for the working class despite how it looks :

Was in town for a layover and found this gem. Amazing food for amazing prices. Had dinner for 2 but could have fed 4. Highly recommend.
Loved it! Super super cheesy pizza that drips cheese when you lift it from the pan.Great stuff. Just expensive.
The food was great, and the staff excellent, but I'm dismayed that I paid $27 for Coke and a small pizza.
Best pizza ever. Family is from New York we drive all the way from the valley to eat this
