The female bartender at this restaurant is the worst on the island. Her behavior was unprofessional and her customer service was disgusting. When I asked for the menu, she ordered me to sit down and not leave until I paid for my items. I called her over and told her I didn't appreciate being told what to do. She claimed it was their business practice to assume everyone is a thief. I asked to speak to the manager, but she was reluctant to get them involved. I informed the hotel staff about her behavior before leaving. Based on other reviews, it seems like the food is overpriced and subpar in quality. My husband and I made reservations for Wednesday, August 9th at 6:30 pm. When we arrived, the restaurant was not busy and there were open tables near the windows with a view. However, we were seated in the back corner near the kitchen. When I asked why we were seated in the back, I was told that we needed to request to be seated in the front, which I found to be a ridiculous answer. It was a disappointing experience, especially since there was another black family seated in the back as well. Despite the nice waiter, based on our experience, I would not recommend this restaurant.
Unfortunately, we were very disappointed when we found out that the restaurant was not serving their ribs due to a kitchen issue. While we understand that these things happen, the poor service we received was unacceptable. Our waiter seemed more focused on the people at the bar, and we had to ask him three times for our drinks. He made us feel like we were bothering him. If it were possible, I would have given this service no stars.
Professional service excellent choice of food on offer. We enjoyed a selection of starters as we decided to dine here after walking around the area near our hotel only wanting a tasty but smaller option of food we weren't disappointed. Service was attentive without been intrusive and the restaurant was exactly what we wanted as away from alot of noise and people. Dishes we chose were presented well and very tasty.

The service at this restaurant was excellent. Our group of eight ordered drinks for a special event and enjoyed a selection of tapas and main dishes. The staff was friendly, attentive, and willing to accommodate our diverse order. The steak and lobster surf 'n turf was fantastic, as were all of the tapas dishes. My vegan sister-in-law particularly enjoyed the truffle ravioli.
I don't like giving low star reviews, but it's part of the job. The rib eye I ordered was expensive and poorly cooked, one of the worst I've ever had. The drinks were weak and the hostess seemed disinterested in seating us. Our server was friendly, but there are plenty of other restaurants nearby that are better value for the money.
The food at TR Fire Grill doesn't live up to the vibe or the atmosphere, which is rather unfortunate as the place is popular, located on a busy street bustling with tourists. Service was quick and friendly, and our server had solid knowledge of the menu. Prices are high, just like any other popular eating establishment in Honolulu.
We had baby back rib half, prime rib, and Caesar salad with added avocado for takeout.The person who took the order was very kind and the food was perfect, and I thoroughly enjoyed the taste of Tony Roma.We will definitely visit again.

I had a good experience at this restaurant. The food was fantastic, although the prices were a little high. However, the delicious food made it worth it. I would definitely go back for another meal.
Ribs were decent. Pretty similar to original Tony Romas. Was really excited for the onion loaf, which they are no longer serving.
