We have been to Tracey’s cafe on many occasions and have had to complain before regarding attitude of the very young staff. If you have any complaints regarding the food or portion sizes then the way in which you are treated is appalling. Today we complained as we received our food way after other customers that had arrived after us. We were given no cutlery as the staff member went on her break and then had to ask for our change as this was not being given willingly all in all we were forgotten about because the young girl wanted her own lunch. When complaining we had rude attitude, followed by death stares and laughing from the other waitresses. The whole time we were there this continued...
We waited over 40 minutes for Sunday roast. 2 beef and I chicken meal. 2 small slices of beef on the standard meal, frozen roast potatoes, frozen veg, frozen Yorkshire pudding and what can only be described as packet mash that was horrendously dry. The worse part was the frozen chicken portion that resembled an anemic looking lump of jelly. The middle of the chicken was still frozen. The response from the staff was 'oh sorry, here 's your money back for the chicken dinner. As I refused for them to reheat this in the microwave and and bring it back. This place has gone downhill and we won 't be returning.
now again immersed for a late breakfast. I was here for the occasional brekkie, since it was opened a few years ago. eating was always very good. service always fast (except for a Christmas evening visit, but completely in vain as it was packed and the staff rushed out of the feet, and I suspect that this is normal for a Christmas evening. excellent value for money. certainly seems to be a very successful and well managed business and that is always good to see. one day I'm going by to try Sunday dinner!
Has this restaurant deteriorated, hired a new chef, or simply had a bad day? We typically visit regularly for a delicious full English breakfast, but today was a major letdown. The condiments on our table were dirty, everything was overcooked, and some items were missing. We hope it was just a one-time issue, but the restaurant was unusually quiet, so it's hard to say.

I moved to Nuneaton last year, but only started going to Tracey's Cafe in the last couple of months. I'm now going most Saturday morning for a cooked breakfast. Staff are always friendly and there's no real wait to be served or for the food to be delivered. Food is always of a high standard.
Just sat waiting 20 minutes being ignored by waitress staff in favour of other customers who had arrived after me. Didn’t wait any longer and will never be going back. Often take colleagues for breakfast but never again after treatment like that
This is a real cafe with awesome staff and a crazy massive menu choice I ordered the breakfast brunch it was fantastic and served so quick if you are looking for the best start to your day then this is the place Massive free car park
Tracey’s has always been the spot for traveling away, etc. recently a regular incident that always receive fantastic eating in the offer on the warm welcome of all employees

This restaurant is a great place to visit when you're not in the mood to cook. It has a relaxed atmosphere and I visit frequently. I recommend checking it out.
Lucy is amazing! She took my order promptly and efficiently, while also engaging in nice conversation. She suggested a delicious breakfast option for me.
