I went to this restaurant for dinner, and given its upscale appearance, I was expecting better service. Although the manager, who also acted as the host, was helpful, we still had to wait quite a while to place our order and even longer for dessert. Our server had a large group of 15 people to attend to, and I think she was quite new, but even with that in mind, the wait times were excessive. The food was average—while the masala tasted a bit burnt, the Caesar salad was creamy and delicious. The desserts were well-crafted and tasty as well. Overall, it was a decent experience, but I expected better service considering the price we paid.
We dined at Traverso's for the first time tonight and it was an amazing experience! The service was exceptional—our server was incredibly attentive and did a fantastic job. I ordered the spaghetti with homemade meatballs, and you could really taste the difference that homemade makes. The toasted ravioli was also delicious and packed with flavor. My friend had the fettuccine Alfredo, and I can honestly say it was the best I've ever tasted. Everything was just wonderful. The interior of the restaurant is so charming as well. I absolutely loved it!
We catered from Traverso’s for my mother’s 80th birthday party and it was amazing! Our guests complimented everything from the salads, to the entrees, to the desserts! Mike and Paul were so easy and friendly to work with. They even let us come in before the restaurant opened to pick up the order early. The food was packaged perfectly and stayed hot in the boxes until we were ready to serve. Well done Traverso family!
I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The service was impressive, and my drink was always filled. The staff made excellent food recommendations as well. I tried the eggplant rollatini, while my partner ordered the chicken marsala. The restaurant provided bread with olive oil and parmesan at the table, which was a nice touch. The food was quite disappointing and has really declined compared to five years ago. I'm also let down by the way the ownership has responded to these reviews. Their replies come across as unprofessional, and I suggest they focus on hiring more staff instead of spending so much time crafting lengthy responses to customers.
