I recently dined at Treadwell based on a friend 's recommendation, and while the anticipation was high due to the difficulty of securing a table, I must admit that I left somewhat underwhelmed. The restaurant itself boasts a charming ambiance, tucked away behind bustling shops, offering both a quaint patio for outdoor dining and an indoor space adorned with historic decor.The lunch menu, although limited, did have some promising options. I opted for a soup and sandwich combo. The sandwich was a flavorful delight, generously filled with condiments and vegetables. Unfortunately, the soup was a disappointment, with a strong vinegary taste that left much to be desired. It was promptly set aside...

We came here for lunch on a weekend and there wasn't that many people. After quickly getting one appetizer, it took an hour to get our other dishes. Zero staff interaction with us while we waited patiently. Chef's were mainly focused on making the easier sandwiches for the other guests. The food quality was good (although every dish had a yellow theme to it.. , but it's not worth that kind of wait and service. They also have the audacity to preset their tips at such a high percentage too which I manually changed.

Very nice place qnd good food, a bit over price for what you get but it's good and tasty, especially our truffle mushrooms soap and fries were so good... and our waitress, which unfortunately I forgot her name was very nice, beautiful patio and good service... highly recommend ?

One of the best dining experiences I’ve had for under $100 (minus tip, and taxes).The attention to detail at this place is insane, and the dishes are amazing.The foie gras was the best I’ve had in Canada.No notes for improvement.P.S they rotate menus every season! Réservez une table maintenant

A heck of a dining experience for our anniversary. We chose to add the wine pairing for our amazing 4 course dinner. The sommelier of course were very knowledgeable, but also a pleasure to share a bit of our time with.

Really enjoyed the four-course menu with wine pairings. I opted for the add-on of the filet with lobster claws and it didn’t disappoint! I also like the salad with the basil sorbet.
