We visited for lunch today and had a great experience. The coffee was delicious and the staff were very welcoming. We tried the chicken burger with wedges, which was absolutely delicious but so filling that I could only eat half! The owner took the time to explain the smoking and cooking process, making it the only original smokehouse in the area for miles. I highly recommend this restaurant and hope it continues to thrive. Thank you to the staff for a great meal!
Fantastic afternoon at smokehouse 81 with Courtney singing. Resturant full and atmosphere sensational. Roo skewers melted in your mouth, scotch fillet steak cooked to perfection and brisket burger was a flavour explosion. Caught up with people havent seen for years unexpected. Happy polite bubbly waitresses . Well done Brad and Brian.
Delicious food (brisket burger was amazing), generous portion sizes, lovely relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff and good tunes. Now we are in a food coma, and it was worth it. Way better than most places in Traralgon, we will definitely be telling our friends about this little gem. Thanks team, we’ll be back!

Yum yum yum, went for dinner last night. Food was great, ribs,chicken wings,pork belly and pizzas were amazing, very generous portions. Friendly staff would def come back, hope the locals support this place.
