Trefnant Inn Pub - Réservation de table

The food at this restaurant was average, but our dining experience was marred by an incident in the open kitchen. We were seated right next to the pass and observed the chef using a dirty tea towel to wipe surfaces and plates. Some diners complained and the chef reacted by shouting and swearing at the customers. Eventually, he stormed out after a heated argument. The young staff tried to apologize for his behavior, but it was clear that there was no one in charge. We appreciated that 20% was deducted from our bill, but unfortunately we will not be returning to Trefnant.

Stopped here with friends for lunch during our stay nearby. It was quiet and we were the only ones in the pub, but it did not detract from the excellent food provided. Good choices on the lunchtime menu at reasonable prices with very adequate portions. Gets busy in the evenings and at weekends we were told by the very friendly and attentive staff member who served us. Parking: Spaces behind the venue Service: Dine in

Booked a meal for 6.30 turned up and told it was about a 40 to 50 minute wait for food it really wasn't busy no apology from the staff just handed a menu we just walked out we have always enjoyed eating here but they must up their game as there are plenty of other places to eat Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Myself and my partner had such an amazing meal here! The food and service was very good and the steaks were cooked perfectly!! Easy to park, very welcoming and superb food. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Réservez une table maintenant

Amazing place to go, food was very tasty. Lovely atmosphere and even caught up with the chef who checked all was okay! Deffo to return here and it’s a shame we live 2 hours away.
